ITP is hiring mental health therapists who possess a strong background in therapy and patient care, with a focus on providing high-quality mental health support to children, adults, and couples. This role requires a commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Our group practice offers therapists opportunities for ongoing professional development- team case consultation meetings, and individual consultation sessions with the owners. We value ongoing growth, learning, and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services in-person and/or virtually.

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate medical documentation and clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Maintain professional, ethical, and continuing education requirements for licensure.
