Therapy that affirms your relationship structure
Whether you're navigating the joys and challenges of polyamory, opening a previously monogamous relationship, or exploring what ethical non-monogamy means for you — you deserve a therapist who gets it without needing to be convinced.
RELATIONSHIP STRUCTURES WE WORK WITH
All forms of consensual non-monogamy
We don't prescribe a single model of non-monogamy. Our therapists are familiar with the full range of relationship structures and approach each with curiosity about what works — and what's hard — for you specifically.
-
Multiple romantic and/or sexual relationships with the knowledge and consent of all involved.
-
A primary partnership that allows for outside romantic or sexual connections under agreed terms.
-
Rejecting prescribed hierarchies and labels in favor of individually negotiated connections.
-
A closed group of three or more partners who are committed exclusively to one another.
-
Maintaining independence and self-sufficiency while engaging in multiple meaningful relationships.
-
Relationships structured with primary, secondary, and sometimes tertiary partners, with defined priorities.

OUR APPROACH
Attachment-informed. Non-pathologizing.
Choosing to structure your relationships differently is not a symptom to treat. Our work is grounded in the same attachment-informed framework we bring to all our therapy — adapted to the real texture of your relationships.
We don't approach ENM as a problem to solve or a phase to move through. Your relationship structure is the starting point, not the issue.
Structure-neutral stance
Individual, two-partner, or multi-partner sessions. We can sequence these however makes most sense for your constellation.
Flexible session formats
Understanding how your attachment patterns show up across multiple relationships is often the most clarifying work we do together.
Attachment lens
Client-led pace
