Our practice offers individual therapy for individuals age 6+ located in the state of Michigan. Our practitioners incorporate evidence based modalities to best support you with your mental health concerns. We utilize client centered, multicultural, and strengths-based approaches.

Life Coaching
Our practice offers coaching services for individuals across the US. Coaching can be utilized to support in navigating life transitions, relationship concerns, academic performance challenges, and other life events.
