Brian believes every person holds within themselves the capacity for healing and transformation. He relies on integrative and holistic healing that fosters wholeness and empowers clients in their growth. He provides a safe and welcoming presence, authentic connection and care, non-judgmental acceptance, and curiosity that honors your story.
Brian is passionate about helping his clients discover: (1) Identity – believing in themselves, (2) Purpose – becoming their most whole self, and (3) Community – belonging relationally with others.
Therapeutic approach is holistic, relational, strengths-based, trauma-focused, and systems-informed. He integrates evidence-based modalities, mindfulness, cognitive and somatic therapies, sensory grounding, nervous system regulation, expressive arts, attachment, and parts work, among others.
Therapeutic areas transitions, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, attachment, identity, purpose, belonging, relationship issues, grief and loss, meaning-making, spiritual exploration, religious trauma, men’s issues, and authentic masculinity.
Works with emerging adults (teens, college students, young adults) and ministry leaders.
