Skye’s approach focuses on uncovering each individual’s unique strengths and combining them with practical tools to support meaningful change. She operates with an unwavering belief that everyone has the potential to create their own meaningful and fulfilling life. Skye works collaboratively with clients to clarify their goals and build the skills needed to achieve them. Her therapeutic style is both strengths-based and skills-focused, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure and Response Prevention. Her areas of interest include depression, anxiety, life transitions, high-risk behaviors, and supporting LGBTQ+ individuals.

Therapeutic approach is collaborative, solution focused, and strengths based. She is extensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Therapeutic areas include depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, self harm and suicide, and personality disorders.
